Returns and Exchanges


We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand if for some reason you changed your mind on a color or style.  That is no problem. Just email us at if you have specific questions or concerns about your order.  


For Regular, Non-Monogrammed ItemsIf you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 15 days of your original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition.  Once we receive your product, we will issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on the following products:  Kese Mitts and personalized items.

How to return an order for items NOT personalized:

1.  Email to initiate a return or exchange. If your product is defective, please take a picture of the defect and attach it as reference.  Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

2.  We will respond within 1-2 day with instructions including a Return Authorization number (RA#)

3.  Print the Return Authorization email and include it the original box along with a copy of the packing slip. Return items to:

*Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your credit. 
  1. Email us at and let us know your reason for exchanging.  
  2. We will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#). 
  3. Print the Return Authorization email and include it in the box of your exchange shipment. 
*Once we receive your exchange, we will email you an online store credit for the original purchase amount to be used at your convenience. Please expect 2-3 business days to process once we receive your original product back at our warehouse. 
Please Note:
  • Havlu Home Textiles is not responsible for packages mailed to us, so we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service.
  • Please keep your tracking number on hand until the entire refund has been processed.
  • All sale items are final sale only.


Each item we personalize is made especially for you. Please allow two weeks for us to create your item and ship it to you - we will try to get your order out as soon as possible but we will always take the time to ensure it leaves our studio so that it is perfect. If we encounter any unusual delay, we will contact you immediately.

No Returns on Personalized Items

Since your item is designed just for you (or your recipient), we can not accept any returns. Please take the time to carefully proofread all spelling and typing on monogrammed items as all sales on monogrammed items are final.

Oops! Policy

Even when we check and double check our work, mistakes can happen.  In the event that we make a mistake on your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will do our best to rectify the error.  On Havlu's own merchandise, if we have stock available, we will fully replace the item ASAP, or if the item is unavailable, we will give you a refund.
